Omni holds a 5-year renewable contract with the US General Services Administration (GSA).  There are thousands of translation companies in the US.  In 2004, only about 60 of these companies had successfully completed the rigorous GSA review process required to obtain a contract.  Before granting approval, the GSA requires, among others, a proven company track record and high level of customer satisfaction, strong technical capabilities and resources, as well as best value pricing.  Omni received a contract upon first submission.
